 Hydraulic machine with revolving table for contemporary embossing and hot-punching of leather and synthetic details. Machine designed for processing belt edges and borders of shoulder-straps for handbags in leather, skin and synthetics, wiht measures variable from 10 to 70 mm. The instantaneous rounding off of both borders, glazing and eventual polishing are the characteristics of this type of machine. The various operations can be carried easily mounted on special supports. The automatic conveyance of the belts is linear and continuous, guaranteeing a daily output of over 3000 strips wich can be varied from 1000 to 1200 mm. Milling machines are equipped with an electronic speed variator with a direct-current motor, provided with a suction system and a dust collector. AP: Accessory applied by request and made an integrated part of the machine with air suction intake, designed especially for milling, glazing and polishing shaped strips, small leather details and ends of belts. These operations can be carried out during the normal working phase of the machine

Macchina studiata per la lavorazione del bordo delle cinture e tracolle per borse, in cuoio, pelle e materiale sintetico, con misure variabili da 10 a 70 mm. L'arrotondamento istantaneo di entrambi i bordi, la tamponatura e l'eventuale lucidatura, sono caratteristiche di questa macchina. Le varie operazioni sono effettuabile con l'usi di mole abrasive e tamponi facilmente inseribili sugli appositi supporti. Il trasporto automatico delle cinture é lineare e costante e garantisce una produzione giornaliera di oltre 3000 strisce variabili da 1000 a 01200 mm. Le frese sono dotate di variatore elettronico di velocità con motore in corrente continua corredate di sistema di aspirazione con raccoglitore di polvere. Gli utensili di lavoro sono regolabili in tutte le direzioni, per meglio adattarli ad ogni tipo di striscia e ad ogni spessore di pelle. AP: Accessiorio a richiesta applicato ed integrato alla macchina con presa di aspirazione, studiato per la fresatura, tamponatura e lucidatura di strisce sagomate, particolati di piccola pelletteria ed estremità di cinture. Tali operazioni sono effettuabili durante la normale fase di lavoro della macchina.

Led différentes opérations sont réalisables avec l'emploi de meules abrasives et tampons qui peuvent être facilment insérés dans les spéciaux supports. Le transport automatique des ceintures est linéaire et constants et garantit une production journaliere de plus de 3000 bandes variables de 1000 à 1200 mm. Les fraises sont munies de variateur électronique de vitesse avec un moteur à courant continu, fourni d'un systéme d'aspiration avec sachet à poudre. Les outils de travail sont réglables en toute direction, pour mieux les adapter à chaque type de bandes et épaisseur de peau. Sur demande, accessoires appliqué et inséré dans la machine avec prise d'aspiration, etudié pour fraisér, tamponnér et cirer las bandes modelées, les particuliers de petite. maroquinerie et les extrémités des ceintures. Die verschiedenen Aktionen koennen durch das Gebrauch von Schleifschebein und Tampons gemacht werden, die einfach auf die bestimmten Traeger eingefuegt werden. Der automatische Vorscub der Guertel ist linear und staending und garantier eine taegliche Produktion von mehr als 3000 Stuecke von 1000 mm bis 1200 mm Breite. Die Maschine verfuegt ueber einen elektronischen Geschwindigkeitsregler der Fraesen mit Gleichstrommotor und ain Ansaugungssytem mit Staubbhaelter. Die Werkzeuge koennen nach allen Richtungen gesteuert werden, um sie allen Riemenart und Dicken anzupassen. AP: Ein Zubehoerteil wird auf Verlangen mit der Maschine Verburden zum Fraesen, Tamponieren und Glaetten von Gemodelten Riemen, Details von Kleinen Lederwaren und Guertelspitzen. Diese Aktionen werden weahrend des normalen Arbeitsgangs der Maschine erledigt.
